Caster's Gamble is locally owned and operated in Las Vegas, NV. Our items are all handcrafted and hand painted by our small team who puts their everything into each and every piece. All our materials are handpicked to ensure quality and we make every attempt to use recycled materials whenever possible. Our mission is to make unique pieces to enhance your tabletop rpg experience!

How long will an order take to complete and ship?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout! We currently do not ship internationally but we are expecting to soon.

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days unless any customization is necessary.

Can I get something custom made?

We love custom orders! We can make custom painted dice towers, custom designed sharp edge dice sets, dice trays and dice bags, etc. The limit is your imagination! Send us an email with your ideas and/or reference pictures and we'd love to work with you to make your vision a reality.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Products are non-returnable unless otherwise stated by seller. We treat each inquiry on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us if you have any issues! We will always try our best to see what we can do to better the situation.

If a cancellation has been requested and the item has not shipped yet, refunds can be provided. If a cancellation is requested and the item is already shipped, refunds can be provided but the shipping costs will not be refunded as it was already used by USPS. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items or if replacement needs to be sent due to issues with USPS.

Exchanges are treated on a case-by-case basis, but we are always open to them! Please reach out to us with any issues or questions, we're happy to help!

Do you do wholesale orders?

We do! We love working with individual shops and events to make custom dice sets. Please send us an email at info@castersgamble.com for information about wholesale orders.

If you are interested in ordering multiple sets of dice but you are not a shop/event, please send us an email for pricing.
